?Job Role

• Manage multiple IT projects, especially Banking industry.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.
• Ensure projects stay on time, proactively checks in with process owner to ensure timeliness.
• Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.
• Develops project timelines, scopes and objective and milestones.
• Ensuring all supporting functions are available to support project, including technical feasibility, resources (availability and allocation).
• Hold daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings to track project plan and progress.
• Ensure the project is meeting standards, timeline, and expectations.

? Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 3 to 5 year experiences in project management, with minimum 2 year delivering technical builds, software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with people of diverse backgrounds, good at managing both up and down, adept at resolving conflicts.
• Driven and resilient, leads by example with positive energy to get through tough times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to function as a Project Leader
