Directing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating all projects related to application/system development while developing and maintaining methodologies, standards, and supporting tools, as well as ensuring that all projects within the company are implemented effectively and efficiently to support the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Description:
- Providing the fundamental project framework necessary to carry out project initiatives within the company that align with the company’s strategic initiatives and are based on risk-benefit considerations.
- Managing the analysis process of project initiatives proposed by project owners and determining the priority of projects to be undertaken.
- Establishing a Project Management operating model by defining ideal project standards in accordance with compliance standards and established policies.
- Managing all activities related to application/system development projects within the organization based on agreed project cycles and SLAs with project owners.
- Managing risks, issues, and change resolution processes, as well as coordinating with other departments to take corrective actions when necessary.
- Managing the utilization of necessary resources throughout the project, including budget, human resources, and other available resources, to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum formal education of Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major (Management or IT majors preferred).
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, with a track record of handling large-scale and multi-project initiatives.
- Possess knowledge of the Insurance and Financial industry, regulations related to Systems, Data Management, and Insurance.
