Job Description

? Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Business Digital Office, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

? What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support the development of processes and tools to analyze the performance of different aspects of the business.
• Transform raw data using Python, SQL, or Power BI to facilitate data transformation, depending on the size and complexity of the dataset.
• Build analytical views in Power BI based on given requirements to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Develop tools on Azure to support business processes and solutions.
• Support the process of introducing and promoting new solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Create presentations or videos showcasing successful use cases of new solutions to drive adoption.
• Assist in following up on interest in implementing new solutions within the organization to ensure successful deployment.
• Support new requirements analysis, track progress, manage open issues, and facilitate discussions to resolve them, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Assist in preparing presentation slides for meetings and presentations.
• Support the organization and planning of department meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Handle other administrative matters as needed to support the department's operations.

Qualifications

? What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Able to work full-time/part-time for a period of 6 months.
• A fast learner with an open and agile mindset and an excellent business acumen.
• Strong knowledge of Data Analysis & Reporting in Power BI (Strong DAX knowledge is a base requirement).
• Solid experience in transforming data using SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R for data transformation and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and tools.
• Good knowledge in creating demo/explainer videos to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel (VBA, Basic Formulae) is advantageous.
• Basic SAP Knowledge in SD/MM/WM module will be a good advantage to this position.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
• Master's Degree in IT/Computer science/Data Science or Business Administration with 1 or 2 years of previous work experience would be an added advantage for this position.
