Tri Dharma Proteksi is a boutique Insurance Broker company with a focus on providing a tailor-made policy that spans across the entirety of the client’s business. We specialize in Property or Industrial All Risk Insurance for a ray of different industries from Manufacturing, Mining, to Commercial Properties.

Our primary offering includes coverage for:

  • Property and pecuniary
  • Liability / Casualty

  • Terrorism & Sabotage
  • Marine ( including but not limited to Marine cargo and hull)

The role as our insurance administration and secretary is to be working within the team to perform:

  • Prepare Renewal Notice to client (or Summary client policy).
  • Filing of all necessary paperwork and documents
  • Making of Microsoft Excel weekly reports
  • Maintaining a proper filing system
  • Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner.
  • Taking care of facility management, maintenance and office supplies.
  • Maintaining and updating organizational databases and contact lists.
  • Maintaining records of all company-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents)
  • Handle of secretarial and administrative tasks, filling up to related office administration.
  • Support function to the operational team e.g data update, assisting administrative matters for Management

What we expect from applicants’ education and experience:

  • Advance knowledge in usage of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Current Active Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (CIIB) Holder
  • Experience in General Insurance Administration work or Broker Insurance
  • Fluent in English written and oral is advantage
  • Minimum Education Background D3 or above (S1) Preferably from reputable University
  • Formal insurance qualification is also preferred.
