About the role

Ganesha Ek Sanskriti Restaurant is seeking an experienced HRGA Staff to join our vibrant team in Bali on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and general administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our renowned restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding

• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations

• Administering payroll, benefits, and other HR-related processes

• Coordinating and organising employee events, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives

• Providing general administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with other day-to-day tasks

• Processing corporate & expatriate legal documents

• Serving as a key point of contact for all HR and administrative inquiries

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HRGA or HR Generalist role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software and systems

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
