Continually work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation. Responsibilities:1. Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including visa matters, employment documents matters, process improvements, data & insights;2. Proe support and knowledge to the business for the whole employee lifecycle. Continually, work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle and be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders;3. Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs;4. Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other HR Operations team members;5. Exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine appropriate actions or solutions to problems;6. Build and develop strong lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by proing accurate, timely and appropriate advice.1. Advantageous to have 1+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience;2. Strong knowledge of labourpliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia and experience in setting up & handling worker council and MSA documents in Indonesia;3. Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding);4. Support employees and improve employee experience by proing end to end HR solution to solve their issues;5. High level of discretion, conentiality, and ethics;6. Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across APAC;7.
