• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan

The housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant environment in assigned areas. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies to ensure a clean and orderly space for guests, residents, or staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas

• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors

• Change linens and make beds

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Replenish supplies such as towels, soap, and toilet paper

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

• Handle lost and found items according to company policy

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, having housekeeper experience in a hotel is preferred.

• Ability to work independently

• Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, and be on feet for extended periods

• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

✅ Housekeeping Daily Checklist

Room Cleaning (Guest Rooms or Hospital Rooms)

• Knock and announce before entering

• Open windows (if applicable) to air out the room

• Strip and replace bed linens

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and windowsills

• Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces

• Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop floors

• Clean and disinfect bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, tub)

• Replace towels and toiletries

• Empty and clean trash bins

• Check and restock minibar (if applicable)

• Ensure room is odor-free and presentable

Public/Common Areas

• Clean lobby, hallways, elevators, and stairs

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, railings)

• Wipe down furniture and fixtures

• Clean glass doors and windows

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Mop floors and vacuum rugs

Restrooms (Public/Employee)

• Clean and disinfect toilet and sinks

• Refill soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Mop floor with disinfectant

• Empty trash and sanitary bins

• Deodorize and check for plumbing issues

End of Shift Tasks

• Clean and store cleaning equipment

• Restock cleaning cart

• Report lost items, damages, or maintenance needs

• Log completed rooms/tasks

• Check with supervisor before leaving
