·        Greet guests who pass in front of our restaurant with a genuine smile and inform them about our promotions (different guest with different sentences depend on who they are).

·        Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus (if the waitresses are busy); announce waitress's name.

·        Use visual cues to seat guests in either the bar, lounge area (drinks only) or dining area depending on their preference.

·        Approach guests who are looking for menu at the front of restaurant and inform to them of current promotion.

·        Manage the flow of guests into the dining area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate.

·        Tend to special Guest needs and requests.

·        Able to explain food and beverage menu.

·        Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for wait staff.

·        Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables (if needed)

·        Check the reservation before shift start it, reservation book at cashier, online booking (Chope System)

·        Ensure your station are clean including the menu board in the front of restaurant.
