PT RGE Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Head of Household for Luxury Residentials di Jakarta Pusat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT RGE Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Head of Household for Luxury Residentials di Jakarta Pusat Perusahaan PT RGE Indonesia:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Residence which includes managing and directing personnel from housekeeping, kitchen, engineer & gardener, security, and driver, include coordinating with Office Management.
- Create an environment that assures consistency for the Resident upon their stay.
- Manage the financial report for the Residence , monitor the quality of products and services to ensure maximum Owner’s satisfactions.
- Planning and organizing events from company related events to private family events or other types gathering.
- Maintain Resident’s comfortability of stay by being anticipatory, friendly but not familiar, holds confidentiality and privacy during their stay, available yet invisible.
- Plan and organize regular trainings for the Residence staffs in regards of their grooming, courtesy, efficiency, services standard, and knowledge.
Housekeeping
- Maintain regular cleaning and maintenance of the Residence.
- Maintain clothe care from high end labels to daily wears.
- Maintain tableware from fine China to Silver to Crystal.
- Maintain the inventory and special care for artwork and antiques.
- Maintain automobiles services.
Kitchen/ Room Services
- Maintain food quality from the taste to the food presentation
- Manage the wine cellar and liqueur inventory and understands the difference between wine, spirits, liquor.
Engineering & Landscape
- Coordination and scheduling of services contractors.
- Maintain plants and regular check-up.
Event Management
- Oversee and participates in proper table settings and entertainment purposes.
- Perform wait services and oversee/ serve meals and drinks.
Travel Arrangement
- Coordinate with other department on the Resident flight schedules and visa.
- Manage the Resident luggage packing according to the destination and the agenda.
Security
- Do regular check up with the Security team on their security measurement and management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Post Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 20 year(s) of experience in working with 5-stars hotel or similar rank.
- Experience from Butler to housekeeping to General Management role throughout their career.
- Available to travel with active passport.
- Good leadership with can do attitude.
- Good problem solving with “hands on” value.
- Experienced in negotiating and supervisory in dealing with contractors.
- Stay-in is required from time to time with accommodation provided (this may include weekends or public holiday).
- Working arrangement regularly is Monday to Friday starts 8am to 5pm.
