Bloome is a fast-growing baby products brand dedicated to delivering beautifully designed, safe, and thoughtful essentials for modern moms and their little ones. As we scale both our e-commerce and offline presence, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounting to help build a strong financial foundation and drive our next phase of growth.

The Head of Finance & Accounting will lead and oversee all financial aspects of Bloome, including accounting operations, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, and reporting. This role is both strategic and operational — ideal for someone who can build systems from the ground up while keeping a hands-on approach during daily execution.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Bloome's growth goals (online & offline).
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, forecasts, and business decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AR/AP, GL, reconciliation, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Manage tax reporting, statutory compliance, and audit processes (internal & external).

• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Supervise payment cycles, collection processes, and supplier payment terms.

• Analyze and manage COGS, operational expenses, and gross margins across SKUs and channels.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to improve cost efficiency and stock planning.

• Set up and streamline financial systems, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Create dashboard reports for management: sales, profitability, burn rate, inventory turnover, etc.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Train and mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, ops).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance & accounting, ideally in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a growing, dynamic environment.

• Experience in managing finances for a fast-scaling startup or brand.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia) and modern trade financial practices.
• Comfortable working in a purpose-driven and fast pivoting business strategy.
