About the Head of Corporate Finance Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for driving the companys growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing companys strategic plan to achieve financial objectives and growth targets
• Conducting research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to create value
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial partners, investors, and regulatory bodies
• Managing the financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
