THE SEED BALI melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi HEAD GARDENER di Karangasem yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor THE SEED BALI. HEAD GARDENER

– Candidasa Based

The Seed is a boutique private villa estate with resort amenities, exclusively located on a private beach on the east coast of Bali and we are currently recruiting for a HEAD GARDENER.

As Head Gardener you will be responsible for leading the Garden and Landscape Team, which consist about 5 people. Our ideal Head Gardener is someone with good knowledge of Landscape and Organic Garden, can train and supervise the team members on upgrading our resort garden to look clean, beautiful, and beneficial to our daily operations.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as Head Gardener at luxury villa or big landscape company of at least 3 years

– Must have a good understanding and experience on Landscape and Organic Garden, especially on planting fruits and vegetables

– Extensive knowledge of utilization soil and lands

– Ability in dividing/delegating responsibilities and monitoring progress of staff training

– Organised, attention to details, creative, team oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skill, and communicative

– Speaking English

– Residing in Bali, willing to move or commute to Candidasa Karangasem, and ready for immediate hire

– Indonesian Citizen only

Responsibilities:

– Leading the Garden and Landscape Team, supervising the team such as assigning tasks, monitoring the performance, preparing the rotas according to demand, and doing the training

– Being able to clearly communicate with the team, being personable and constructive with the feedback

– Assisting the Management in fruits and vegetables planting, cleaning, and managing the garden trees so can look good in overall view

– Managing inventory and ordering of seed supplies
