About the role

As the Head Division (Industrial Printing) at Asaba Group, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and driving the strategic growth of the Industrial Printing division. In this full-time, office-based role in central Jakarta, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

What We're Looking For

1. Experience (5+ years) in a Senior Sales Manager role within the industrial printing machinery sector—preferably with exposure to large-format, offset, digital, or packaging printing technologies.
2. Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets, especially in B2B technical product environments.
3. In-depth understanding of the industrial printing market, including emerging trends, major competitors, buyer behavior, and operational requirements of printing businesses.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
5. Strong commercial acumen, capable of designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, sales pipelines, and revenue growth initiatives.
6. Project management proficiency, especially in overseeing end-to-end industrial printing machine projects—from pre-sales technical consultations to installation, testing, and client training.
7. Proven experience in coordinating with international principals, including handling product training, aligning local sales strategy with global direction, managing forecasts, and ensuring after-sales service quality and spare parts availability.
8. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
9. Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (Asaba Group).

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Industrial Printing division to achieve high-impact business targets
2. Manage a team of account managers and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching Asaba Group's services to potential clients
4. Oversee the delivery of all Industrial Printing projects, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time completion
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement
6. Represent the Industrial Printing division in key stakeholder meetings and industry events
7. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to position Asaba Group as the industry leader
