Responsibilities:- Create visual materials for promotional and marketing campaigns, including posters, banners, flyers, digital ads, social media content, stories, and email marketing.
- Develop visual branding concepts in line with the brand identity (logo, color palette, typography, and visual tone).
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to translate campaign briefs into engaging and effective visual assets.
- Design digital and print content to support promotional activities such as catalogs, POP displays, e-flyers, brochures, and promotional packaging.
- Create Key Visuals (KV) for e-commerce campaigns, including marketplace banners (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, website), homepage hero images, flash sales, and mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
- Plan and execute layout design for product launches, seasonal promotions, discounts, and events.
- Produce final artwork files that are print-ready and optimized for digital platforms, ensuring proper format, resolution, and color settings.
- Stay updated with the latest design, e-commerce, and marketing trends, especially in fashion, lifestyle, and retail industries.
- Support internal visual needs, such as brand presentations, media kits, sponsorship proposals, and internal pitch decks.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus: After Effects, Canva, Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing materials, campaign visuals, and digital assets for social media or e-commerce
- Ability to create Key Visuals (KV) for online campaigns and adapt them across different platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Familiar with 3D design/rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Dimension) to support product mockups or campaign visuals
- Strong visual storytelling and layout skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Able to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Domicile in West Jakarta or South Tangerang is preferred
Willing to work-from-office located in Greenlake City, Jakarta BaratWorking Hours : Monday to Friday ( 09.00-18.00 )
