Job description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity at PRAVILO BALI CENTER for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a graphic and social media manager. Were searching for someone who loves to craft engaging visual content, develop impactful social media strategies, and cultivate audience engagement. As part of our team, you will manage out studios social media presence and be instrumental in the design of various media, including newsletters, posters, event banners, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate compelling content across diverse platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google, in line with our companys vision and goals.
• Innovate and implement creative content ideas that resonate with our brand image and values, including promotional posts, photos, videos, and other visually appealing content.
• Collaborate closely with our management team to craft effective advertising campaigns for social media.
• Proactively engage and respond to user interactions across all platforms.
• Analyse content and campaign performance to optimize engagement and drive positive results.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that align with the brands vision.
• Attend and cover events to create relevant and engaging content for our brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Enthusiasm for social media trends and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts, specifically on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
• Proficiency in visual content creation, editing tools, and graphic design.
• Profound understanding of key social media metrics, website analytics tools (including Google Analytics), and the ability to interpret analytical data to refine strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, including analysis and audience targeting reports.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Indonesian Citizen.
