Requirement :

  • Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in sales management more than 5 years
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Government or business services industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer, and direct-report
  • Ability to be on call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects, and sales associates 24/7/365
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Located : Jakarta/ Surabaya

Job Descriptions:

  • Work directly with Sales Team and Leaders to identify opportunities and drive brokerage revenue
  • Provide support on sales calls when needed, pertaining to global moves and shipments
  • Responsible for communicating updates, progress, and issues to executive leadership
  • Monitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate market trends
  • Assist in establishing and developing carrier and vendor relationships to grow our Freight Forwarding services
  • Educate our sales floor, existing customers, and prospects on our international services
  • Meet with customers who have air, ocean, and/or customs opportunity virtually or in-person to implement value added international solutions
  • Attend trade shows as appropriate
  • Gain company revenue trough individual account
  • Presenting to internal and external audiences to help grow large accounts
  • Have a good relations with Stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop new strategies to grow accounts
