- Senin: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,534,338 per bulan
The Green Room Canggu is looking for Front Office. Most requirements needed are:
- Speak fluently English
- Fast learner with our booking system, it's call “ClassCruiser”
- Willing to do "Night Shift" 11pm - 7am (rotate shift in a week)
- Able to join A.S.A.P
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently check in and check out guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Reservations Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's booking system.
- Guest Services: Provide information about the hotel's amenities, local attractions, and services. Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
- Billing and Payments: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Security and Safety: Monitor security cameras, handle emergency situations as they arise, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing guest records.
- Special Requests: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests made by guests (e.g., room service, extra amenities).
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting for minimum of 1 year.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying.
