We are looking for a motivated and talented Front Desk Lead & Customer Success to join our amazing team in Sanur, Bali.

You will lead the front desk team in ensuring its operations run smoothly and that all our clients and guests have the “best coworking experience” possible. You will also help us build and maintain a greatmunity by bing the face and voice of our brand and coworking space - Livit Hub Bali.

• Leading the front desk team and overseeing the front desk operations.
• Helping Livit nurture and grow an outstandingmunity byworking, creating connections between members and actively participating inmunity events.
• Ensuring that the best customer success practices are implemented and followed by the Front desk team.
• Work closely with the Growth team on various Business Development and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Organizing and hosting Livit Hub Balimunity events, and social activities.
• Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Giving tours and explaining our coworking prices and packages to new visitors and potential clients.
• Monitoring and reporting customer feedback.
• Reviewing and resolving all iing clientplaints in an efficient, productive and professional manner.

• Fluency in English and excellentmunication skills (oral and written) are required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the hospitality or coworking industry.

• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or Frontedesk/Community manager.

• Completed higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is a great asset (but notpulsory).

• Passion for and genuine interest in Customer Success, events andmunity building.

• A very friendly, positive and weing nature.

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Impeccable work ethics and quality standards.

• A highly organized indiual with a keen eye for detail.

• Goodputer skills and openness to learning and using new online tools.

• Open to working in shifts.
