Who are we looking for?

The F&B Manager is responsible for all aspects of the F&B operations and development. You should be an ambassador for the Outpost brand, proe leadership, project management and strategic planning to support efficient, safe and profitable operations of the F&B department. You will help to develop new locations, concepts, menus and S.O.P’s throughout your management region. You will be a crucial part of developing the Outpost F&B brands into successful and profitable enterprises in every location.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure Outpost Cafe maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction by proing consistent and authentic experiences.
• Lead opening of new F&B outlet and oversee all pre-opening duties including recruitment of F&B team.
• Support on creating and improving standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for management of and reporting of all P&L statements, reporting and budgets.
• Ensure clear record keeping, invoice management and daily and monthly reporting.
• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Maintain strict cost control within defined parameters for each location.
• Making sure the Outpost Cafe stands in one with thepany quality standard, financial goals and branding.
• Ensure the teams adhere to opening/shift change/ closing checklist and task lists that you develop to meet your goals.
• Ensure all staff are following standard operating procedures.
• Planning work schedules for indiuals and teams.
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers.
• Ge onboarding & training schedule for F&B employees.
• Ensurepliance with local health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
• Other tasks to manage the F&B outlets as perpany requirements.
• This position will be working based in Bali.

Job Requirements:

• Theeal canate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality industry professional with an experience in F&B management and outstanding leadership skills.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, hoays, and nights. Someone who realizes the traditional hospitality industry is in need of a shake-up, geared to a new generation that wants to explore the world, grow personally and professionally and connect with an entrepreneurial, curious and creativework of people.

• A bachelor or masters degree in hospitality management is preferred or canates who has the required experience in opening, managing and operating F&B outlets with a clear track record.
• At least 2 years management experience in the F&B industry, with significant international experience preferred.
• Experience of opening new F&B outlets in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of coliving and coworking markets are a big plus.
• Fluent in English is a Must. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
• Leadership person, professional, and good attitude.
• Applicants must be Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.
