Job Description
- Act as a key financial advisor to the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations for business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Consolidate financial reports from various units into comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Monitor and control financial performance of hospitality and F&B outlets, including cost control, profit margins, pricing, and daily operational finance.
- Work closely with operational teams to improve financial outcomes, analyze P&L by location/unit, and identify areas for savings or revenue optimization.
- Lead audits, liaise with external consultants, and manage relationships with banks, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and professional growth.
- Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for new projects or expansion initiatives.
- Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities directly to the BOD and propose actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as finance managerial role, including at least 2 years in hospitality or F&B.
- Proven experience in financial leadership, reporting to senior management or BOD.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, financial controls, and corporate governance.
- Hands-on experience with operational finance in F&B/hospitality environments.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
