We are looking for an independent, mature and self-motivated experienced Finance Manager to support our Indonesia Finance operations. You will belong to and be working with a group of friendly, motivated, supportive and high-performing team members based all over ASIA.

About the job

We seek a hands-on and self-motivated commercial-minded Finance Manager who is able to work independently and comfortable with working remotely across various geography and collaborate closely with HR, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations across core accounting, business control and budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. This role will be key to maintaining strong financial discipline in the Order-To-Cash (OTC) function and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) function in the Indonesia entity and conduct regular checks on compliance to internal operating standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to move comfortably between operational finance execution and higher-level financial assessment. This person should be confident working in a dynamic environment and able to support the Finance Director and CEO with timely, accurate, and decision-useful financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, month-end closing, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports and tax reports for filing with the local authorities.
• Maintain strong financial controls, accounting accuracy, and compliance with applicable statutory and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial as needed.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity position, and provide timely visibility to the Finance Director and CEO on financial risks and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows, reporting processes, and controls through automation and workflow simplification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Indonesia (Akuntan Publik, AP) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience in Indonesia, with strong tax expertise (familiar with Indonesian tax laws i.e., UU Pajak, tax filing processes, and tax planning for multiple industries).
• Prior working experience in e-commerce or e-technology in Indonesia is highly preferred, though not necessary.
• Familiar with Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Zohobooks (not a must, training will be provided) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required
