PS Global Consulting melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Finance Executive di Jawa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PS Global Consulting. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Finance Executive di Jawa Perusahaan PS Global Consulting:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive to support the company’s financial operations. This role will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in financial reporting and compliance. The Finance Executive will work closely with the Finance Operations Manager to ensure financial accuracy and smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable Operations
- Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processing, including invoice verification, coding, posting, and payment processing
- Process staff reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies
- Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis
- Prepare and perform vendor reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Act as the main point of contact for vendor invoice and payment-related queries
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax submissions.
2. Accounts Receivable Operations
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice issuance, receipt recording, and customer reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances
- Support AR-related queries from internal stakeholders and customers
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure AP transactions are properly recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Support tax-related matters such as WHT, GST, and VAT where applicable
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage assigned accounting tasks, ensuring all duties are completed diligently and within deadlines
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by management or reporting head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1- 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Proficient in Xero, Excel, Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing will be an added advantage
- Experience handling multi-currency transactions and overseas vendors is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
