We are hiring: Finance Admin
The Finance Admin will be responsible for administration of financial discipline as well as compliance and readiness for audits and fundraising. The position will also play a key role in financial management administration in startups environment.
The role will act as the primary administrator of Finance, coordinating financial, tax, and accounting data, document, as well as archives. The ideal candidate is someone who can play a role in administrating Finance needs efficiently.
This position also requires a balance of financial thinking, file management, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day financial operations, including administration, reporting documentation, and compliance.
- Administer timely, accurate, and complete financial data, filing, and related reports.
- Support audit documentations and liaise with respective stakeholders, both internal and external parties.
- Operate support for fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting documentation by Finance team.
- Assist tax and accounting operational execution.
- Archive internal controls, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance (a track record in supply chain or B2B industries as well as exposure to audits and fundraising processes will be an advantage).
- Knowledgeable of Indonesian financial regulations, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Skilled in financial reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero), Coretax and MS Excel (advanced) or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native) and English (professional).
