PT. Indo Nautilus Pharma is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Operations Assistant to join our production team. As a Factory Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, maintaining accurate records of stocks and production, and providing essential support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Record and track inventory levels, production output, and other relevant metrics.
• Generate regular reports on production status, stock levels, and operational performance for management review.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
• Assist in the coordination of production schedules and workflow to optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree equivalent (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant topics; additional education or training in operations management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
