The Role

As a Corporate Finance (“CF”) Associate / Senior Associate, you will be supporting the team in all day-to-day tasks including—but not limited to—the preparation and execution of equity fundraising and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), along with performing market andpetitive research and supporting investor relations effort to the world’s leading venture capital firms.

In this role, canates will gain experience working on Corporate Finance initiatives and creating value in the digital ecosystem in one of the fastest-growing startups in the South-East Asian region. Successful applicants can expect a marketpetitive salary with a high potential for conversion to full-time opportunities. Post-internship, GudangAda has proven to show continuous support to its internship alumni through an excellent track record of successful rmendations to private equity/investment banking roles or full-time conversions.

The Corporate Finance department at GudangAda plans and executes all fundraising initiatives and related strategic capability development projects such as Fundraising, IPO Readiness, Capital structure optimization, M&A, Investor Relations, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Relations

• Assist all investor relations efforts, including, but not limited to preparing monthly reporting and investor presentations
• Create investment marketing materials to engage potential investors
• Manage database of potential investors

2. M&A and Strategic Partnerships

• Identify potential partners/targets with synergistic potentials with thepany’s service offerings and strategy
• Assist in the implementation/integration of M&A and partnership opportunities

3. Fundraising

• Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities including data room preparation, pitching presentation material preparation, due diligence, legal documentation

4. Others

• Perform industry research and analysis toentify emerging opportunities and underserved markets
• Other ad-hoc projects and activities to support the team and senior management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in investment banking, venture capital, or Big 4 consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business and/or any quantitative degree from a reputable university
• Good grasp of accounting, finance, and fundraising process, including but not limited to financial modeling and valuation, financial statement analysis, and due diligence
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Additional working knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia would be advantageous
