PT Archipelago Queen (PAND'OR RESTAURANT) melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Executive Pastry Chef di Jakarta Selatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Archipelago Queen (PAND'OR RESTAURANT). Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Pastry Chef with high volume food production.
  • Maximum age 50 years.
  • Vocational School/D3/S1 Education in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Art major.
  • Experience in Hospitality

Skills :

  • Good leadership and brings a positive aura to the team.
  • Mastering various kinds of pastry & bakery production tools.

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare materials for production purposes according to company recipes, including weighing and measuring production raw materials.
  • Ensure/check the quality and suitability of the raw materials, as well as the tools used in processing the dough until it becomes a product.
  • Supervise the implementation of work procedures from Pastry Employees.
  • Able to receive input from the Owner or, with high creativity, innovate to create a new product and be able to provide an explanation in the presentation that the new product will be popular with customers.
  • Provide explanations, input and objections in regular meetings with the Owner regarding the condition of the work environment and issues regarding certain products (Reports).
  • Able to analyze professionally if a product receives complaints from customers, prevent it from happening again and make a written explanation and apology which will later be submitted to the Customer Service/Operational Manager/General Manager/HR department to be forwarded to the complained customer.
  • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures in meetings.
  • Possessed with positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and collaborate with colleagues efficiently and effectively.
  • Understand how production tools work and be able to adapt to the tools used by the company which are standards in maintaining the authenticity of the products. (modern-traditional tools).
  • Coordinate with the Owner in every decision making in certain urgent situations.
  • Able to create or inventory new menus / recipes.
