BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A EQUIPMENT OWNER – SMD
FUNCTION: Operations
SUB FUNCTION: Secondary Manufacturing DepartmentCITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible as to operate machine to get good product quality and machine performance as per standard process through machine troubleshoot and DMS to determine the root cause and action plan of failure/issue (Stops/PF/BD).
Reports to: Team Lead Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Accountable to operate machine and its auxiliary in overall production process (Start-up/shut down and brand changeover) on delivering good quality product according to SOP, standard quality inspection as well as machine safety and environment according to EHS standard. Responsible in machine maintenance planning system including parts change/check as per task lists.
• Ensure and understand the impact of machine parameters/basic machine adjustment on product quality and run ability.
• Accountable in troubleshooting on determine the root cause of failure / issues (stops/PF/BD) and articulate the action plan in defect handling A/B/C faults detected on machine.
• Operate 1 machine in SMD as per schedule and target with good quality and machine performance as per Glidepath Authorize for operating equipment machine, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Operate 1 machine in SMD as per schedule and target with good quality and machine performance as per Glidepath

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Fresh Graduated Diploma’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or at least 1 years’ experience in machinery Having experience in tobacco industry is preferable
• Willing to work in team, demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership Higher vocational degree in technics and machinery
• Understand the overview and related IWS Pillar
• Operate, cleaning, adjust, troubleshoot and maintenance machine (Technical Mastery develop into T3) Can perform CL, CIL, and DH
• Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills
