Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (Enterprise Sales – Indonesia)

Objectives:

The Enterprise business represents a high growth, high potential segment for Juniper. Based in Indonesia, the Enterprise Account Manager is responsible forentifying, cultivating, and securing new business sales and relationships within the Enterprise Name Account Segment. The Enterprise Accounts Manager will be responsible for the assigned product & services sales achievement across assigned accounts.

This new business segment requires an experience sale with proven track record in cloud, AI, finance, retail and manufacturing sectors to support Enterprise Acceleration strategy and accelerate business oue.

Role requires an experienced technology business & sales professional with a minimum of 10 years Enterprise sales experience. The position reports to the Director, ASEAN Enterprise.

Responsibility:

• Develop strategic go-to-market models aim at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive healthy revenues, customer growth, customer satisfaction & customer retention. Pro-activelyentifying and addressingpetitive threats
• Cultivate relationship at multiple levels within customer accounts, manage partner relationships and account planning with an extended team.
• Canates will be aggressive, self-starters with the ability to articulate Juniper’s solutions and business strategies, create the demand and meet assigned sales objectives.
• Handle prospecting, replacing incumbents and managing customer install base.
• Responsible for negotiating solutions on business issues with cross-functional teams, partners and customers using a win/win philosophy
Reliable forecasting with proper pipeline management

Requirement/Qualification:

• More than 10 years enterprise sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets & objectives.
• Experience in selling solutions to leading Enterprise customers, focus in cloud, AI, finance, retail and manufacturing sectors in Indonesia
• Priorworking sales experience in Enterprise will be beneficial in this role.
• Strongmunication skills with ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good presence with excellent written and oralmunication skills. English skills in conversation & written preferred
• Self-motivated, result oriented and high integrity
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
