We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Instructor to join our team. The Engineering Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering along with exceptional teaching and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum to address the skill development needs of the engineering team.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, hands-on exercises, and other resources.
• Conduct training sessions to impart technical knowledge and expertise in various engineering disciplines.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and leaders to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance training content.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to engineers seeking to improve their skills and knowledge base.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous learning among team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field;
• Proven work experience as an engineer, preferably with hands-on experience in multiple engineering disciplines.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or instructional design is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using training tools, software, and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp7,000,000 per month
