• Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity which aims to give positive impact to society
• Recapping and filling all documents related to Engagement Program to ensure the document neatness and can be proposed in timely manner when needed
• Compiling all Employee Engagement monthly reports to be used as information for KPI achievement of Employee Engagement
• Updating news regarding employees’ activities and employee development programs held bypany into HR-news

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree from all majors
• Fresh graduate or having 1 year experience in Engagement
• Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well independently and to prioritize and meet deadlines is important
• A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bge people and organizations
• Self-motivated, proactive,mitted to continuous improvement
• Strongmunicators with skills in writing and public speaking
