PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Electric Vehicle Battery Cell Scrap Disposal & Recycling Assistant Manager di Karawang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Electric Vehicle Battery Cell Scrap Disposal & Recycling Assistant Manager di Karawang Perusahaan PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL:

Responsibilities :

• Planning of new business of EV Battery Cell Scrap Disposal & Recycling with a proper SOP/Process/members
• Leading a working group of more than 5 people
• Communication with internal members, sub-contractors, and customers
• Operation management with the experience of hazardous goods
• Giving guidelines for managing disposal & recycling hazardous goods under the government regulations
• Pricing operating cost for the hazardous goods(Regular/Irregular Pricing and bidding)
• Handling internal operating members, Sub-contractors(Logistics, Freight forwarding, System monitoring)
• Communication with Sub-contractors
• Improve work process, manual and logistics quality/service
• Regular/urgent reporting on status

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree major in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering or any fields.
2. Ability to plan new business (Setting up the new process, new organization structure)
3. 5 years or above of hazardous material treatment experience in Indonesia
4. Understanding of disposal or recycling EV battery material process and flow using basic Indonesian hazardous sites, Festronik in SIRAJA portal, SIMPLE, etc.
5. Understanding of financial understanding (Investment, rental, bidding, quotation, etc.
6. Effective written and verbal communication in English
7. Ability to understand Indonesian hazardous goods’ environment and basic law
8. Effectively adapting that knowledge to the new business set-up
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
10. Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
