We are recruiting an eCommerce Lead, Indonesia on a 12 months contract.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Lead Foodservice aggregator management for the Indonesia to achieve greater than our fair share of beverages and strive for parity or better inence rates vs offline
  • Support key eGrocery customer management, driving aligned agendas and achievement of KPIs
  • Partner with sales and account teams in management of Pure Play retailers including Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada to build and execute oues that recruit new drinkers and drive frequency with current drinkers
  • Drive the agenda to enhance Digital capabilities within Indonesia to unlock opportunities for growth
  • Management and accountability for market priorities, targets, budgets and implementation of global playbooks in eCommerce
  • Support in the management of eCommerce enablers / wholesalers as we continue to optimise our full end to end value and supply chain
  • Support development of country specific eCommerce priorities, targets, budgets, implementation of global playbooks and gelines in eRetail, Quick Service Restaurant, Food Service Aggregators and O2Oponent of the business plan
  • Drive alignment on the O2O agenda:mercial plan, capabilities, eRTM, measurement and analytics, priority customer engagement, in partnership with Customer & Commercial and Franchise Leadership
  • Joint definition (with Marketing) of targets (e.g., percent allocated to transactions), conering 3rd party emerce platforms and The Coca-Cola Company owned platforms
  • Track progress of digital initiatives and ensure data standards for consoation and results evaluation are aligned with the global team using technology to optimize campaign performance
  • In partnership with technology teams deliver the most effective technology deployment, coordination, maintenance for eCommerce



  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce/online marketing related fields
  • Proven success within eCommerce setting
  • Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
  • Critical to understand System financials/economics
  • Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

Work Focus

  • Partner with sales teams to drive eCommerce/ Food aggregators to accelerate inence, sales revenue and margin growth
  • Identify strategic opportunities based on data insights within the Indonesia and be empowered to create action plans to pilot new initiatives that lead to engaging online consumer experiences.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams that manage the implementation of digital specific capability projects and initiatives
  • Help drive market level initiatives and leverage best practice developing strong relationships with country leads across the operating unit (OU)
  • Maintain and review digital models using insights andpetitive analysis to advise on new ways to enhance our capabilities in eCommerce
  • Partner with Insights and analytical teams across the OU toentify new approaches to solving Digital Commerce business problems
  • Work closely with other functions to ensure eCommerce strategy is a key pillar in the business planning process.
