Are you a highly motivated individual with a strong background in retail, e-commerce, and wholesale operations? One of Londons leading Jewellery Brands has recently opened a boutique in Canggu, Bali and is looking for an E-commerce and Wholesale Manager to join their team immediately.

The E-commerce and Wholesale Manager is responsible for effectively managing and growing the jewellery brands online and wholesale presence, from e-commerce platform management to marketing and client relationships.

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Min. three years of related experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce platform management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Photoshop for data analysis, documentation, and image editing.
• Experience with wholesale operations is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Canva for marketing materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the fashion industry, especially in jewellery, is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Good math skills, including pricing strategies, financial analysis, and inventory management, are a bonus.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operation and performance of the jewellery brands e-commerce platform.
• Ensure the website is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory effectively.
• Implement and optimise e-commerce marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Analyse web traffic and sales data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Handle the wholesale operations, including managing relationships with wholesale clients.
• Create and maintain wholesale pricing strategies.
• Process wholesale orders efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement wholesale marketing strategies to expand the brands reach.
• Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
• Maintain records of wholesale orders, customer information, and sales data.
• Creating visually appealing product images and promotional materials.
