  • Manage, Lead, and Coach multinational team of highly skilled professionals
  • Identify Risk problem statements and implement effective measures to safeguard Gojek as well as its users
  • Establish connections with business, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to collaborate on achieving business objectives
  • Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis on the status, health, and opportunities to combat fraudulent activities
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify patterns of fraudulent behavior
  • Develop comprehensive risk strategies that cover all aspects of the business
  • 8+ years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles within a fast-paced environment; experience related to fraud/risk is preferred
  • Experience managing a team, ideally across multiple locations
  • Proven track record for building and scaling programs from ideation to implementation; ability to take ownership and accountability for ambitious goals
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills in order to effectively build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining an objective outlook
  • Technical skills such as (at least some of) SQL, Big Query, Python and visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio
  • Understanding and ability to apply ML models to Risk problem statements and familiarity with classification algorithms, text mining and unsupervised learning algorithms is a plus
