Job Summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a reliable and experienced driver to transport goods, materials, and personnel safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and cars, to transport goods, materials, and personnel to designated locations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and brakes.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery times, and any incidents encountered.
• Ensure the cleanliness and good working order of company vehicles.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors, which may include general logistics support or simple maintenance tasks.
• Handle and protect company assets and information with utmost care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM B1 Umum or B2 Umum, depending on vehicle class) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
• Honest, trustworthy, and with a strong work ethic.
