Have good leadership, communication, and selling skills

Creative and up to date to current trends

Responsibilities :

Acting as the main point of contact with distributors / resellers.

Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.

Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.

Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company

Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas.

Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

Providing a weekly and monthly comprehensive actual reports for both individually and sales team.

Monitoring the activities of the sales team and participate in making company’s policy decisions such as discounts, promotion, etc

Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to finding new leads or channels for potential resellers and distributors

Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies

Willing to visit potential areas outside the city for reseller and distributor leads, as well as development for existing resellers and distributors

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or any related field

Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar senior sales role for 3 years

Have experience in Sales area Horeca

Have depth knowledge for F&B Industry, especially for beverage trend and future development

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Target oriented and proven track record in achieving sales target

Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Familiarity with CRM software

Availability to travel as needed
