About the Role

The candidate will be mainly responsible:
1. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management manager to ensure all compensation amounts for salesforce / partners are correct.
2. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management in variable expense management.

• Support DCB Partnership and VE Management to ensure all compensation amounts for salesforce / partners are correct by:
  • Validating databases from systems and maintaining data quality.
  • implementing formulated template for compensation’s manual adjustment, reconciliation, and contest calculation to be more efficient and easier for error tracing.
• Support DCB Partnership and VE Management to ensure testing of development in compensation system for new product and new compensation scheme are following the requirements.
• Support DCB Partnership and VE Management in variable expense management by providing variable expense results in detail workbooks, data visualizations, trends that could bring insights and prediction/forecast to add business value.
