About the Company Our client is an energy company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the nickel mining space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share. Job Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Manage sourcing of customers. Develop and maintain a strong operation standard with work flow and strategic planning for expansion projects of ore processing
• Energy and in-depth knowledge of the mining business and market with a focus on nickel and other minerals
• Set operational team target and hold team members accountable for KPIs and recognize or discipline as needed
• Develop and manage operating budgets with the addition of having to manage operations and achieving optimal efficiencies
• Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current operation excellence

Key Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of operations and technical experience with a core focus in the energy and mining space
• Proven success in managing mining and energy operations space would be highly desirable
• A proven track record of operational excellence development with experience across the various mining and energy operation stages
• The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the mining and energy market
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
