The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Collect, manage, and validate non-FTE employee data (attendance, payroll, personal data, and others)
• Create and analyze data reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards
• Implement dashboard automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams

Requirements:

• Have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Looker, and Google Spreadsheet
• Ability to work fully from the office
• Willing for placement in SPX Head Office, Gama Tower, with mobile flexibility when needed
