Job Description:

• Extract and consolidate data from various sources into multiple formats (databases, BI tools, Excel, etc.).
• Design and implement databases to support business operations and reporting needs.
• Create reports and dashboards with appropriate visualizations to meet the information needs of internal and external users.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or patterns to generate actionable insights.
• Provide meaningful business insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Present analytical findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work from office in Jakarta
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, SQL Server, and BI tools (such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experienced in creating and executing queries, developing reports, and delivering presentations.
• Familiarity with statistical software for data analysis.
• Experience working with big data tools is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
