Persyaratan Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Management, Customer Service, Hospitality or relevant field. Exceptional multitasking and analytical skills. Strong written and verbalmunication skills in English. Proven Track record of meeting and exceeding targets Customer-oriented and service-driven person. Problem analysis and problem-solving. Team-leadership. Persuasiveness. Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships (e.g. visit customer outlets, regular contact with them, etc.). Assist sales team in customer acquisitions, planning, retention and management. Maintainplete and accurate customer correspondence data. Letting customers know about other products thepany offers. Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business. Negotiate and manage agreements through the business contract process. Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied. Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services. Act as point of contact forplaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Ensure both thepany and clients adhere to contract terms. Studypetition to find new ways to retain customers. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, production) to address customers’ needs (marketing support, training, coffee blend, etc.).
