PT Berdiri Matahari Logistik melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT IMPORT di Jakarta Selatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Berdiri Matahari Logistik. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT IMPORT di Jakarta Selatan Perusahaan PT Berdiri Matahari Logistik:
Job Description :
- Handling daily ocean and air Export – Import shipments from quoting until invoicing
- Requesting rates from carriers, airlines, truckers, coloaders, agents etc and quoting transport services to client according to their inquiries and needs;
- Providing expert advise to clients regarding logistic processes, documentation, inspections, letters of credit, or any other shipping questions which may arise;
- Booking, arranging for or confirming cargo space with carriers;
- Arranging pick up of cargo to port or delivery of cargo to final destination;
- Assisting/ forwarding all necessary information and documentation to Customs Broker in order to clear shipments in accordance with U.S. government regulations;
- Preparing and/or processing common carrier bills of lading or other shipping documents;
- Issuing bills of lading or equivalent documents;
- Preparing or processing consular documents or arranging for their certification;
- Preparing or processing delivery orders;
- Preparing and/or sending advance notifications of shipments or other documents to agents, shippers or consignees as required;
- Coordinating the movement of shipments between origin and destination;
- Tracking shipments and sending regular status reports to clients;
- Data input/ logging files;
- Communicating with all external and internal partners as well as customers to ensure smooth transport arrangement;
- Operating according to our Standard Operation Procedures;
- Support with General Office duties
- Report to Managers of Operations
Requirements :
- S1 degree in Management Transport or equivalent
- Have minimum 2 years working experience as Customer Service Export Import in freight forwarding company
- Have knowledge about freight forwarding system is advantage
- Have knowledge about PIB, PEB or BC 23 etc
- Have a deep knowledge about PIB
- Able to handle export import documents
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Familiar with computer Ms. Office
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be located at Head Office (Pancoran)
