PT PELAYARAN SINAR SHIPPING INDONESIA melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi CREWING EXECUTIVE di Samarinda yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT PELAYARAN SINAR SHIPPING INDONESIA. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi CREWING EXECUTIVE di Samarinda Perusahaan PT PELAYARAN SINAR SHIPPING INDONESIA:

Job Description:

• Participate crew recruitment process
• Manage crew deployment
• Participate in crew training and performance monitoring process.
• Monitor budget and expenditure
• Ensure that crewing tasks are performed in adherence to the organisation’s health, safety, security, environment, and quality (HSSEQ) procedures, and alerts senior management, protection and indemnity (P&I) clubs and relevant authorities in the event that accidents and/or incidents occur.
• Support Rocksafe Initiatives, Think Safe, Work Safe and Live Safe.
• Consciously adhere to Rocktree Risk Management process by
• Regularly conducting Risk Assessment ((identify, analyse, prioritise)
• Adhering to the application of Risk Response (plan, execute, evaluate, document)
• Abide by the Company Code of Conduct
• Align all activities to Rocktree business strategy
• Always protect the reputation of Rocktree
• Update Crew Database
• Invoice Processing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
• Having experience in the same filed at least 1 year
• Proficient in English
• Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PPT
• Basic problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work after office hours (if necessary)
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda
