Country Manager

As they expand their presence in Indonesia, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Country Manager.

Position Overview:As the Country Manager for Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall business strategy, managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, and overseeing daily business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include client acquisition, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Indonesian market, aligning with the companys global objectives.Provide visionary leadership to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

P&L Management:Take ownership of the Profit and Loss statement for the Indonesian operations, driving financial performance and growth.Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients, expanding the firms footprint in the Indonesian market.Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Service Delivery:Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring high-quality consulting services that exceed client expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery capabilities.

Team Management:Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the teams success and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of strategic management experience in a top consulting firm in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a P&L and driving business growth.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the Indonesian market.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp100,000,000 - Rp150,000,000 per month
