Position SummaryThe candidate would be responsible to support the senior management team by carrying out corporate finance and investor relations activities. The candidate would need to develop a deep understanding of our business and operating model and to construct and develop financial models independently. The candidate must be adept in analysing financial performance and have strong logical reasoning ability. The candidate would be responsible for creating and maintaining investment materials for existing investors as well as prospective investors. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will build relationships across the firm and with key external parties. Additionally, the candidate is expected to be involved in his/her capacity as corporate finance manager in any corporate transactions that might be undertaken inthe future.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and/or analyse financial models relating to the Companys business activities (which include financial model of the Company as a whole and financial model template for each project)
• Evaluate the financial performance of individual projects as well as the Company 
• Perform evaluation of the credit quality of each project
• Prepare financial projections and the Companys annual budget
• Provide financial analyses relating to the Companys operations and the industry in general
• Develop a deep understanding of the Company and consistently update and improve all financial and investor communication - including our Company teaser, Company overview presentation and investor materials
• Participate in meetings with senior management, other key members of the Company, and/or investors to discuss the Companys financial performance and strategy
• Assist in corporate transactions which may include preparing valuation analyses, developing valuation models, managing g investor materials, responding to due diligence requests, as well as keeping track of details of communication with existing and prospective investors
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and activity of publicly traded and private comparable companies

Requirement : 

• Demonstrated ability in a corporate finance, financial advisory, or investment banking Prior work experience in a related field of a minimum of 3 - 5 years
• BA / BS degree; major in finance, economics, accounting or mathematics preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Proven track record in developing presentation materials for investors and seniormanagement
• Ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, presentations, financial models and data analysis
• Have an excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments.
• Passionate about blending technology and finance
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
