Create and maintain a detailed video content calendar outlining the release schedule, ensuring diversity in topics and formats. Collaborate with video producers, animators, and scriptwriters to plan and execute engaging and educational videos. Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the content. Work closely with the video production agency to translate educational concepts into visually engaging and entertaining videos. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, audio producers, and writers to ensure the seamless execution of engaging and educational content, maintaining consistency in style and messaging. Collaborate with the technical team to seamlessly integrate video content into the app, ensuring an optimal user experience. Consider device and platform-specific optimizations for video playback, taking into account different screen sizes and resolutions. Oversee the creation and delivery of diverse content within the product, including images, songs, artworks, internet stock material, and videos. Manage and coordinate with different teams involved in content production to ensure smooth workflows. Stay updated on trends in childrens education content, animation, and educational entertainment. Integrate innovative and engaging elements into video content to keep it fresh, appealing, and aligned with the latest industry trends. Ensure that all content complies with safety and privacy guidelines for children. Stay informed about regulations and standards related to childrens content, ensuring the apps content meets legal and ethical standards. Bachelors degree in Education, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 3+ years of working experience in Content Operations within edtech or as a Media Planner in an Agency. Proven experience in operational management within a production agency, demonstrating expertise in efficiently handling various content types, including images, songs, artworks, internet stock material, and videos. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and reporting expertise. Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience in video production and content creation, with a focus on childrens edutainment. Familiarity with the technical aspects of video integration into mobile apps. Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and ensuring streamlined content uploading processes. Previous experience collaborating with production houses and agencies, showcasing the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams. Creativity and the ability to think innovatively to create engaging educational content.
