About the role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Content Director to join our dynamic team at PT Gaya Ragam Moderen'. In this contract role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of compelling content strategies that drive engagement and support our brand's growth objectives. Based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity and storytelling across multiple touchpoints.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the brand's overall marketing and business goals

Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and other multimedia assets

Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and digital teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand experience

Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimise and improve content effectiveness

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative content solutions to drive engagement and achieve business objectives

Manage and mentor a team of talented content creators, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver exceptional work

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a content leadership role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and support brand growth

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex information into engaging content

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform content decisions

Experience leading and managing a team of content creators, including mentoring and developing talent

Familiarity with brand management principles and best practices

Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, as well as a solid understanding of SEO and social media best practices
