Job Description:

• Support projects related to Regulators (OJK, IDX, KSEI, KPEI, PPATK, Dukcapil, or other applicable regulators)
• Stay up-to-date with new and updates to current regulations, assess and interpret the impact on our business

• Discuss with the relevant team to create an SOP

• Liaise with different stakeholders to drive the necessary changes toply with the law and regulations

• Ensure all routine and adhoc reports to regulators are submitted accurately and in a timely manner

• Perform the internal investigation ofpliance issues

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law/Economy
• Min 1 year experience as Compliance at securitiespany
• Must have WPPE
• Has experience interfacing with financial regulators
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets
