Employment Type: on-site

Responsibilities:

 • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (designers, architects, private clients)

 • Serve as the first point of contact: consultations, questions, gathering preferences

 • Coordinate commercial offers with the project manager and design team

 • Explain technical or production limitations clearly and constructively

 • Guide clients throughout all project stages: briefing, production, delivery, feedback

 • Use CRM tools to manage contacts, follow-ups, and project data

 • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

 • Handle escalations and respond to unusual or complex requests professionally

Requirements:

 • Proven experience in customer-facing roles in premium segments (design, architecture, furniture)

 • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy

 • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 • Understanding of furniture production processes is a plus

 • Confident computer user, able to learn digital tools quickly

 • Fluent in English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level — many clients are international or expats

 • Willing to work on-site at our factory
