Job Description:

1. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
2. Conduct experiments to create cake recipes and evaluate the results of their creations.
3. Prepare various types of pastry dishes for sale at the pastry shop, breakfast, afternoon tea, dessert for buffet and a la carte, and so on.
4. Plan, organize and supervise work in pastry.
5. Supervise pastry staff in using machines and other pastry facilities efficiently.
6. Responsible for groceries and grocery costs.

Requirement:

1. Experience as a Pastry chef minimum 3 years
2. Ensure high standard product, sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas.
3. Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
4. Mastering the making of Pastry Production Operational Standards.
5. Ability to provides training and development for all kitchen staff.
6. Able to communicate well with Management and able to manage and ensure staff follow company rules and regulations.
7. having cake decorating skills
8. Willing to placement Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
